Pull out the relay and jumper pins 30 and 87 together with a paperclip or something. Should start the pump running.

Key on doesn't matter. If you look at the bottom of the relay you should see 4 pins labeled 30, 85, 86, and 87. Find the corresponding holes for 30 and 87 and put a wire in those two holes to connect them together. That should get the pump running .

If you want some help let me know, I'm sitting on my *** at home watching TV, wife is gone right now and helping a friend with taxes later, so I'm in for a boring evening

No prob, glad you got it drained. I'm not sure how that treatment stuff affects the fuel filter, start with the fresh gas and go from there. The intake manifold gaskets won't change anything, if it'll run spraying gas in the intake that's not the problem. They are designed to be reusable.

Napa has their's on sale for 3.49 a qt I use it in all my stuff get their gold filter its still the long style

The green gaskets are updated from the orange, way better.

put some gas in there and cycle the pump a few times then crank it shoud start quickly. If the pump is weak it wont start, you should have enough flow thorugh the filter to at least idle.
