4.8L HP & TQ gains with tuning

Anybody know what your vehicle made before and after it got tuned? Specifically the 4.8 trucks since they have a crap load of timing put in them from the factory compared to the 5.3's.

They have more than 5.3's stock yeah but they still need more.
