Default 4l60 to turbo 400

hey guys a buddy of mine put a turbo400 in his truck stock trans computer is hooked up but reads n so the truck will start drove the truck for the first time the other day and it will not go above 3000 rpm ? im kinda lost we have the speed wire hooked up to the front tire we tried to start it then put the truck in drive in the computer and same thing ........Thanks for any imput

when it was stock whats the rev limtier @ N ?
on mine is 4,000 rpms

that wont work ...if it does , it wont be easy

if you mean you have the 80e you need some harness adabter

im not sure on the rev limiter in neatural. but no its a turbo 400

The rev limiter in Park/Neutral is set lower then the rev limiter in Drive...
