Default 4L80E Shifting Soft on 1-2 (tune attached)

I cant seem to get the 1-2 shift right on the 4L80E. I have a 3200 PI converter and TransGo H2 shift kit and the shifts are slow and soft. I tried to increase the pressure on the 1-2 shift and that didnt seem to help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a log of the shift? particularly interested in input shaft speed, output shaft, turbine shafts speed, and gear.....

damn efi is screwy... I forgot converter slip (rpm), also throw in delivered torque so we can see where you are at on your pressure tables.

Pressure looks low on the 1-2 in the tune to me especially in the lower range of the tq delivered. Is it sloppy at part throttle, wot, all over?

I selected delivered torque in the PID selection, so it is there in the logs. Just need to display it. Right click on any display, and display the torque. I didnt select converter slip in the PID selection, so I need to do a couple more logs tomorrow.

I text Henry - he is down to go on Wednesday.. so it will be us 3.

Try setting the shift times at like .15 across the board and see if it feels better. Also the low tq area of the pressure table is too low. Here is a stock 4l80 tune, check the difference.

Thanks for taking a look at the tune. It has a shift kit, so that is the reason the pressures are a bit lower. It shifts perfect at part throttle. Wide open is another story - I can't really tell if it is a delayed shift or slipping. I am going to log some more tomorrow and go from there. Based on the delivered torque, the pcm should be commanding full line pressure on the shift.

I will add some time into the shift times and report back - it is worth a try.
