Wow I'm an idiot, I thought I was increasing the pulse width, I guess I need to read tuning for dummies. And where is Advance reply? While we're on the subject of IFR, a couple months back I put an LS2 intake, fuel rails, and injectors on my truck, about 2-3 weeks ago I started getting p0172 and p0175, so I started looking around on hp forums and was told to turn down my maf values and ifr, was this a bad thing?

Turning down your MAF values for a p0172/p0175 was not the right thing to do. What you needed to do was find out the actual flow rate of the new injectors and set up your IFR for that. If your MAF was unaltered, then by lowering the values there, you're lowering the PCM's measurement of incoming air, also causing the calculated air mass to be low and timing to be raised.

ok, I've found a stock tune file for a ls2 gto, and got the values for the ifr, let me put these values into my tune and we'll see what changes it will do

SO far so good, with the new ifr values the truck runs stronger than before, which is surprising, because it was pretty mean before. Thanks for all the help guys.
