No need to rewire anything.
Just repin the connectors at the PCM (ie, pull the pins from the 98 connectors and insert them straight into the 0411 connectors) to suit the different type of connectors (2x80 pin on the 0411 instead of the 4 connectors in the 98 black box).
You will need to ad two wires to the trany and that's the longest part of the swap.
