Your right about the converter needing more oil to "hold" in lock-up. I set all my TCC duty cycle tables to 98. but if the problem is the converter is unlocking the more oil wont help unless it is really just slipping not unlocking.
if you have any doubts just watch the "TCC Mode" PID.
You could spend weeks in this table, but here is a tip. Keep a close eye on your part throttle shift speeds table.
I also don't save over my currant tune, but I save as, that way when I get home from the test drive with the new tune I can compare before and after to try and get a feel for what needs to be done next to get it were I want it.

another trick I do to help speed up figuring out what apply/release speeds I want is, first copy and paste the normal to the tow/haul mode, then make on set of changes to the normal (or leave the same) then make the changes in the tow/haul. this makes it much easier to compair changes while drive.
**Be sure to copy/paste all the normal tables to tow/haul mode tables not just the apply and realease tables.**

Well it feels way better 3rd stays locked when I am driving around town. and fourth is much better but, it will still unlock just a little. But not nearly as much as what it was before. What changes can be made to get it to hold a little more in fourth gear. Now that I have this table strait. What would on do in order to hold it more. The way I was interpreting this table was totally wrong, I think.

IMO opinion...do a scan...change your table setting/PID's. Delete the injector, ltft, stft, ect PID's and add in the converter apply/release settings. So you can compare the actual TPS % that you are losing the converter.
buuuuuuut for starters, notice your 4th release is the same as your 4th apply. Close your eyes and think about that for a second...once it locks...it needs to unlock...it's the same setting.
Like I said earlier...keep your 3rd apply a tick (1mph) or two higher than your 4th apply.
Then on the 3rd release, do the opposite....3rd release is lower than your 4th release.
example...mine is up to 18.75% TPS (that's what really matters in cruising is the lower TPS)
apply TPS% 0.00 6.25 12.50 18.75
3rd Apply 26 33 40 47
4th Apply 24 32 40 46
release
3rd release 20 26 33 40
4th release 21 28 35 42
Mine is somewhat tight...if I want to pass...I press the gas a little more and bam...unlock converter, extra rpm and SEE-YA!
