Anyone esle hit 2.32g/cyl with a ETC
So if Dynamic Cylinder Airflow exceeds 2.32g/cyl it will trigger REP. It appears the PCM's hard limit for Calculated Airflow for Throttle Position is 2.32g/cyl with my OS even though table P1514/P0068 Error max can be set to 4.10g/cyl.
For some reason the PCM cant perform sanity checks for Throttle position vs Air Flower over that level. I droped donw from a 42tooth blower pulley to a 38tooth and hit 2.33g/cyl at 4500 rpms. I was only hitting 2.30 at the shift points and 205kpa. now I hit 190kpa and 2.33g/cyl at 4500rpms and kick REP. Has anyone else ran up against this hard limit? There is a fix from what I have read and I will have to lower the IFR to trick the PCM into thinking it's moving less air.

I suspect your tune (likely injector settings) is incorrect, causing your VE table to be largely overstated to be hitting that point.
Assuming 90% VE and 190kPa, you'd have to have approximately an 8.8L engine to push that much air.
What injectors are you using and what have you specified as your IFR?

I'm using 60# injectors with IFR set at 69 I'm running 58psi(base truck not running) at the rail base FP and hit 80psi at wot. I know I need bigger injector but they have been getting me my commanded AFR with my 408 f1r procharged setup. I'm helping the out with a total of 3 meth nozzels which total 20gph with a 200psi pump. I used the ifr spread sheet on hptuners sitet to come up with 69 ifr with a base of 58psi(base truck not running) with 60# injectors.

Ok but my question is did you change ALL of the injector tables for these injectors such as the voltage offsets, short pulse adder, min. pulsewidth, etc... Everything has to be set for those injectors otherwise your tune will be off and your ve and or maf tables will be a mess.

Ectunes spread sheet gave me 69 so that's what I went with. If I change to 72 g/cyl wil read even higher. I'm using all of the injector data and setting from the 50 page long thread on hp tuners site for these injectors. I made due with the info at hand. So again info at hand a ifr of 72 will not help me at this point. Please don't take this the wrong way but it not likey you would waste your hard earned time to give me all of the correct data for these injector which I cant blame you. So unless someone wants to go all the way with short pulse, volts offsetet and all of the other data I'm going with what I can make work and so far that's lowering ifr until I don't hit 2.33g/cyl. Call me a hack or say my tune is a mess, if afr and driveabilty are good what else matters.
