But the cals most certainly do have WOT TCC tables, until 2001. 2001 and later do not. 1999 & 2000 4.8, 5.3 & 6.0L trucks, with the LS1 style boxes do.

The tables in Tunercat are under Transmission Tables, and are labeled "TCC release Speed Vs Gear" and "TCC Apply Speed Vs Gear". No matter what the conditions are the TCC will lock or unlock at the speeds listed in those tables. Most other tuners I talk to call it WOT because the TCC will be locked anyway before the MPH listed there if not WOT. It's difficult to tell if/when a stock TC locks at those speeds, a loose converter shows it right up.

LOL
NOW, like I said, It must be a EFI issue only, because I have proof other wise...

I know,
I do think it is good info, and thank you for posting it. I just think there maybe a few unaffected models hints why this issuse has shown up before. I'll go through and delete a few worthless posts. I'll post up some logs of my Tcc operation a little later. The big question is, did it fix your issues?

Ok, I just went out and logged TCC Mode with HpTuners. My converter does NOT lock up unless I tell it to. There are four Modes that the scanner will show. Off, Apply, Apply En or Locked. You can see at WOT the mode is Apply En not Locked, so I guess this means that it is thinking that it will be locking soon but it does not. Here are the scans. Am I missing something?
