It's the cig lighter fuse in the underhood fuse block that provides power to the ALDL connector

How old is the gauge?? I know some of the earlier ones needed power and some didnt..
The 2 i have in my silvy dont need power run to them but i have an older one that needs 12v for it to turn on...

Did you check to see if it still works on the other trucks you hooked it up to before??

Also what did the seller have it installed in??

Have you posted on the aeroforce forum with this problem???

Doesn't need power. I plugged it into my friend's 99 and my dad's 04 and it worked perfectly fine. Seller's truck was an 01. It is for sure NOT the gauge, its my OBDII port
