:Bang Head: idling issues just may be solved

Yes he does say that what he sees is people setting the min pulse to high. Mine are in the .6 range. I played with mine last night. Again just idling. After getting the fuel pressure right and adjusting the IFR I was lean. I was able to get it to idle within 1% by adjusting the VE by about 20% so at least that works but thats to much VE adjust. Spent a lot of time reading again and plan on playing with the adders over the weekend to see how to best attack the tuning.

I am considering just uploading Justin to my PCM. Unfortunately he would have to work at 1/4 speed to slow down enough to be compatible with my antiquated ClassII databus system though.

I laughed at this very thing this morning. LMAO
Back to me JUST for a second...I went and bought #4AWG battery wire and replaced the #8AWG wire going from the alternator to the battery block (red box). I didn't have time to test all the different points, wife was leaving and I have to watch the sick 3 yr old. BUT, I did hop in and start it up and test the junctions I have under the dash. Yesterday they had 12.8ish volts, they now have 14.3 volts. Again, not much time to put it to a real test of time and load, but that is sweet sweet news to me.
So....this wire....
is clogging up the works? hmmmm

Just got back from a drive with new 145Amp alternator. I also replaced the #4 with a #2 and took it directly to the positive terminal. It definitely idles better but I don't see a better voltage. As a matter fact, it is fuggin crazy. I am crazy rich, I fattened up all over the place for safety, until I get this worked out. I don't know what to check next. Here is a scan. The scan is with the truck running directly after the install. Look at the end when I go mid throttle and it just falls to 11 volts. what in the hell. The crazy burn out was me doing a U-turn and fish tailing it all the way up the highway. I need to make it shift sooner too.(frame 2512)
Save as the "dewey SDOL tx.txt" and change the extension to .cfg. I believe that's how you use the config setup.

You think the battery is just weak? I did a test on it at Advanced Auto. It took a load. with out falling on it's face. It's about a year old, but I have come out to a dead battery many of a time.
