I think I can put this double trouble mess to bed now. I did have a voltage drop issue. Never really found out what was causing my alternator to get a dead short, but rewiring, upgrading a few wires, moving some grounds around and a new alternator and I haven't had a voltage drop issue since.

The TPS...I thought the voltage issue was related, causing me to be in injector latency areas that I have never tuned hence the horrible idle. Nope, a poor splice job deep into the harness for the IAC signal wire. DOH!

Runs great now. Thanks to Wilde Racing for letting me "borrow" his IAC to eliminate the possibility of a bad IAC. Huge thanks to sincalT/A for GIVING me an IAC...shipping and all. Those 2 give a great example of how a forum can be a kick *** thing. I owe you two. You just don't know how long I have been battling this.

Now, off to another thread.
