PE stuff like 0 ing out the PE delay, and using the PE vs. rpm to nail WOT Air Fuel ratios down. Accuracy of the PE vs. RPM will depend on VE and MAF tuning. Wide open throttle 4000 rpms and above uses exclusivly MAF, but part throttle uses a blend of both.
Timing
Torque limiting in engine and trans section. (tune to your taste)
Trans stuff like line pressure, Shift times (the lower the number the quicker it will shift, most 0 that out), torque converter settings (do not want to lock under WOT on N/A motors), shift points (mainly use Shift Vs. RPM but can fine tune your shift tast with some part throttle shift tuning....remember for WOT shifts MPH AND RPM must be met so leave the MPH a bit lower and just work with RPMS for that).
