Default Book on EFI tuning

Anyone know if there is a good book on overall EFI tuning? I have seen a few but just wonder if there is a recommended one. I have EFI Live and they do not have a book like HP tunner does. JUst trying to get an over all good understanding of what I should be doing.

I have it. Its a good read, but he STILL hasn't backed up the promises of the website and more case studies and EFILIve info and stuff. Kinda pricey for what it is currently since the promised updates still haven't happened...

It is Mostly HPTuners oriented with some other Ford tuning software too, but the principals are the same, just the tables and graphs look different.

It appears to me that all the info we need is online....one just needs to take the time to find it all and assimilate it. I'd rather do that then spend $70 on a book.
