It is Mostly HPTuners oriented with some other Ford tuning software too, but the principals are the same, just the tables and graphs look different.

if it is ever updated maybe I will get it, was it worth the money in your mind?

There is a lot of good info in it, especially related to these motors, it's just that it is using HPtuners. If you learn one thing from it, then it is worth it

Greg is very knowledgable so I would assume his book will definately be a big help to anybody especially the "beginner" tuner.

I have not read it but have heard it is good.
