T/C - Torque Converter, Best plan would be to uninstall it,sell it, and get a custom tune from a sponsor as they work alot better.as to burnout, what kinda truck, IE 1500,2500etc, what size configuration, ext cab short bed 2wd,etc... ,what size engine, what year, what great ratio, what size tires.. .they all have to do with it.

you cant burn out cause of the torque managment is still there limiting your power and holding back your truck . X2 sell it and get a custom tune you will like it better . if you want gauges i believe bully dog sells a watch dog that does just gauges .

x453 on getting a custom tune. Store bought handhelds do not remove the tq management that is programed into your computer from the factory. That is your reason for not being able to do a burnout or spin the tires. Its a way the manufactures can put a 100,000 mile warrenty on a drive train with consideration of how powerful engines are getting from the factory.

As for your a/c not getting cold until your truck runs up.....its the factory clutch fan. If you do the electric fan conversion you won't have issues like that. Im still rockin' the good ol' clutch fan as well and have the same issue you have. Thats why a lot of 05' and up trucks have electric fans.

i had a predator programmer installed and had to have a new ecu installed after it corrupted my computer, and as far as doing a burn out, my truck is a 2004 with a 4.8 and just a cold air and a cat back and i can do a standing burnout still with 120,ooo some miles. its not a huge tire burner but itll spin my one wheel peel rear end just fine. which that is the biggest pev with my truck, its a 4x4 but has a one wheel peel and has been since i bought it. stange i know but whatever.

i have an 08 with a 5.3 w/t 160k on the motor as far as not being able to smoke em my posi kicks in and they break loose close to 3 grand

that was before my afe cai and bully dog gt now light break pedal pressure and hit the gas around 2000 rpm my tires break loose and smoke like a mother

only complaint with tm on my truck is when i mash it off the line from a complete stop it bogs till 1500 but if i get the truck rolling then mash it she goes and that u cant custom tune bully dog programers i wanna cam my truck but after spending 600 on a bully dog i should of gotten a diablo trinity instead does everything the bully does plus more plus u can get it custom tuned

now compare to an 06 hemi i used to own i couldnt get that 1 tire fire piece of **** to do any thing

Im new here don’t really know how this website works but my T/C locked light is on my bully dog tuner display also. I don’t do burnouts mainly cause I’m running 35/12.50/18s. But also my service 4wd light came on my dash also. Any ideas of what that may be?
