The new Interseptor scangauge does instant MPG, FWIW

And for the EFILive crowd, the MPG PID, seems to read ok when DFCO is turned off, but when its on, it really skews the average numbers higher.

i guess the only good thing about taking the readings from the MAF is that you could, theoreticaly, take those numbers from ANY car with a MAF sensor and an OBDII by the way..... here is the chart i creatd just in case you wanted to give this a try for your truck as well. And if someone with this feature in their truck already has mpg readouts, check to see if the numbers are close to yours. i'd like to know how close i got
