Default Calibrating for LS2 Injectors

I'm swapping intakes. Going from 2003 NBS to a TBSS/NBSS with LS2 injectors. Part number on the injectors is 12569113 or 0280158049. 34#@58psi.

I've ditch the stock 03 fuel rail, which is vacuum referenced, and am now running the returnless tbss/nnbs fuel rail, which is non vacuum referenced. So I know my new tune must reflect that in the FlowRate vs KPA. It will no longer be the same value as KPA increases.

I've downloaded a stock 06 auto GTO tune from HPT. It is also, non vacuum reference, so the data increases with the KPA. Copied the data from the FlowRate vs KPA table and pasted in mine. Pretty easy, but that can't be it, can it?

Do I need any other data? Should I copy the INJ offset VS Battery Voltage vs KPA, short pulse limit/adder, every field under INJECTOR CONTROL GENERAL?

Waiting on the vette filter, fuel hose/fittings, inj wiring harness, and X link to ship before I can fire it up. So I'm trying to get the tune ready.

Copy the inj offset vs batt voltage table also. FYI but your return system is a better setup them returnless.

It should be extremely close. Sometimes it rounds up or down.

Try turning up the precision for the table that you are looking at.

Thanks, I just tried that but same outcome.

If I copy even just one value of 8.90625 and paste it into my tune, in the same exact field, I get 8.9113. I realize it's extremely close, but I just want to make sure that this is acceptable, and not me making a stupid mistake.

Does Stoich AFR need to be copied as well? It's extremely close, but not exactly the same.

and I've noticed the minimum injector pulse values from my stock tune are the same all the way across the board, but in the source tune, they increase with RPM. The tables however in my tune increment in 400rpms, and 500rpms in the source tune.

If I do need to use the data from the source tune, how would you copy it if it has different labels?

Are you using EFIlive? If so I know what you are talking about. But if you drop a note on their online board they are really good about addressing and patching your concerns. At least if someone mentions it it will get fixed. I bet no one has brought it up.

No, HPT Pro. Im trying to copy from/to different vehicle platforms, so some of the tabs/fields dont even exisit. From the research i've done so far, with small injectors, i should be fine with what i've changed so far. If not ill work on it more.
