Ok, so after copying the following tables over from the GTO tune, the truck runs pretty decent, but the idle isn't perfect. For those with upgraded injectors, what tables did you modify? care to share your tune?

flowrate vs kpa
offsets vs volts vs VAC
Short Pulse Limit 3.997
Short pulse adder AND Minimum In Pulse HAS NOT been changed since the Rows are labeled differently and I don't know how to copy paste these without jacking it up
And the default injector pulse field doesn't even exist in the GTO tune.

You can make an excel spreadsheet to interpolate the columns to the right values or you can paste with labels and hope some of them are the same and then use your mouse to fix the rest.

What is the issue with the idle?

Setting the desired idle RPM and then adjusting your idle airflow by doing a RAFIG and RAFPN should help. Depending on the cam, additional timing in your base, low, and high octane (low RPM/low load) tables may help.

The cam has been in the truck for at least a year. The tune was adjusted for it long ago, been perfect until the intake and injector swap.

I dont know exactly what is wrong with the idle, but sometimes it shakes a bit, runs rough, and thefuel trims are -/+13...

Make sure the injectors are working correctly and not modified.
Where they used? Maybe one gets stuck.
Check all your injector tables again. Flow rate, small pulse adjust, voltage offset. Copy everything over from the donor vehicle's calibration.
