cammed 6.0 help

Default cammed 6.0 help

Ok well I cant seem to figure this **** out. Got it to idle pretty decent and all, it doesnt hunt, it comes up and idles just fine even off of throttle blip. However, I put it in gear and it dies. almost instantly. I donno what to do about it. Also 1st gear is really sloppy. Its like the clutch doesnt engage right away off of a stop and then when it shifts its like it holds lets go shifts and grabs again. Sorry if Im being vague haha I'd just like to know what Im doing wrong. This is on HPTuners btw.

i dunno what it is in hp but in efilive i would increase the desired airflow in gear table if its tryin to die when you put it in gear

Do you have the segment swap done yet?
is it idling at 700 now?

yeah, seg swap is done and its at about 725 IIRC. I've got a ton more work to do and I just found my bonus so Ill get the exhaust done if I can get the bitch running

Thanks Tyler Ill see what I can do. Only problem with HPT is theres Integral, anf Proportional. So Ill adjust one or the other and give it a go.

Your running airflow tables sound too low, post up your HPT file.

if anyone would like to take a look at a log and my file please PM me your email and I will send accordingly. I think the idle tables are right its just in gear. Its as if my truck hates me. Some times I can get it to idle and then other times I turn the key and it hunts and dies immediately. The whole thing is kinda frustrating, I just wish I knew what I was doing wrong

are you resetting your trims before tuning? you should be tuning in open loop. your bad o2 sensor wont have an effect until you switch it back to closed loop.
