it was a blown fuse, thanks guys and now i am getting:

p0141 and p0161 bank 1 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor 2, o2 heater circuit
just did true duals no cats but my tune should have taken care of no rear o2 sensors. what can i do to fix this should i get o2 simms? call the tuner? other?
any input would be appreciated

Yep, your rear O2's didn't get turned off in the tune, you will have to get another tune, or put sims on it.
