That's why I had to use the magic incantation to bring it back.

GMC do you have any logs?
None yet, but will get one ASAP. How do you want me to post it? I don't think Photobucket allows posting of non-pic files.

BTW Thanks for offering to help.

Yes, I have HPTuners, ver. 1.7. My .BIN file is here:

if you want to take a look at it. I will get a log file as soon as I can.

OK I logged 2 runs (attached) both over the same route, holding everything as consistent as possible. The one named "cold-run" was done with the engine cold, and is when I have the trouble. "warm-run" is with the engine warm (running in closed loop) and everything is OK.

I was like whoa when did I start this thread?

I wish I could help you GMC DUDE but I can't remember what exact was changed but I don't have this problem anymore. It was something in the tuning though and I've changed engines again since this thread was made and I'm running a whole new tune.

Well I changed the idle airflow for in-gear to the following:

17.22 15.23 13.77 12.55 11.53 10.5 9.43 8.38 7.2 6.21 5.3 5.3 5.3 5 5.25 5.3

I saw one lean spike but that was it. Driveability seemed better but then again it didn't get very cold last night. This would probably be a better winter project.
