Cold Weather=O/D not working

AS many have already said, its normal... When its REALLY cold out (25 and colder) my tranny holds 1st till about 2000rpm and 2nd untill 2500rpm same with 3rd. Its just the cold weather!

This is on blackbear tune and stock tow package tranny cooler.

And yea, WINTER SUCKS GAS!!!!

Can the fluid being too cold too many times cause problems with the converter?
On the audio clip provided you can hear a faint Howling from the TC area. This was taken with my Iphone and I laid it on the floorboard so you could hear it.
Does it at 24mph up until the fluid is up to temp.
