Default Converter wont stay locked

Put in a 3000 stall in my truck over the weekend. Tried the 90/100 settings in the TCC PWM tables, helped it lock nicely but whenever I get off the throttle it unlocks. Locks up about 3 seconds after getting back on the throttle. This is hella annoying on the highway.

08 Sierra 4.8 4L60E w/vette servo.

any one have any ideas for me to try?

I have HPTuners.

I believe it has to do with your lack of tranny pressure at low TPS (which is low delivered TQ)... You could try logging your delivered transmission TQ and notice at what TQ number your TC unlocks... That you need to check out your Force motor current table and decrease those delivered TQ ranges (it works backwards)... Remember decrease is VERY VERY VERY small amounts.

Raise the threshold between the apply and release sides of each gear...
Are you sure the converter is releasing due to a misfire?

this sounds like it may be it as i have never touched the force motor current table. and I have read I need to raise the trans pressure at low torque but wasn't really sure where to do that. what is a very small amount??
