i had a wait4me. it wasnt too bad:imo i ordered a pcm from nelson and installed headers at the same time. feels like a different animal!

I thought about the nelson at first but I found that most places you can get a dyno tune just as cheap if not cheaper, and then you got the numbers and the engine is tune to work with the entire truck. Not saying that nelson is bad or any thing.

havent ran at the track yet i know my truck is way to slow right now..but yes i plan on dynoing the truck with the stock pcm and then with the nelson tune.probley wont happen for a month or so.. just need to find time to get to one..

can they work on any truck?

Does the Nelson tune work for the 4.3 by any chance want more power do most of my driving on the highway I drive about 45 to an hour to work do they also help with gas?

nelson is mail order tune... which means you can send them your computer, tell em what you want and they tune it for you. im pretty sure if you were to like ever get your tire size changed or ad a bolt on or something after you already got the tune then you cna send it back to them again and they do it free of charge

it says on there website that they only tune vehicles 96+ mine is a 92

Went to Nelson website didn't realize that they were in san Antonio I live like an hour away south from there
