Default D@mn Predator

I installed the DataViewer software from DiabloSports on my laptop so I could log a few runs. Well, it wouldn't connect to my predator. I then used the older GM Predator Interface, downloaded my stock tune and custom tune to my laptop and returned to my factory tune. Then installed DSDownloader and latest crom file to update to the latest revision of the predator software. DSDownloader then stops responding before the update takes place. I followed all of the troubleshooting tips from DiabloSports and even tried a different cable, different computer with a differnet OS, and a usb to serial adapter. I finally gave up trying and went to reinstall my custom tune and find it is no longer stored on the predator. I restore the custom tune to the predator from my laptop, then try to install the custom tune again and get an invalid header error and a script error. Tried restoring the backup and installing the custom tune again, same error. I'm running on my custom tune right now which sucks. Looks as if all the time I spent adjusting the tune to get it right has going down the drain this afternoon.

I posted this on the DiabloSport forum so hopefully one of there techs will respond and help me out. If not, I'll have no choice but to start over. Maybe something is trying to tell me it is time for a dyno tune. I just wanted to wait until I got Cam and Headers before I got it tuned on a dyno.

I must say tho, up until today, I've had good luck and decent results from the predator, it just really pissed me off today.
