NoRice, your best bet is to search for what others have done that you too would like to do, and then try it yourself. If nothing else, the HPTuners site is good to help guide you along, and some like Foff might even help you if you ask nicely and upload your tune.

The last thing I would recommend is using a file off of the repository to load into your pcm.
Definitly start out by reading & modifing your stock file...its not that hard...just start small...things like TM, shift points, Tq converter lockup points, etc...then as you get more into it you'll probably buy yourself a wideband and you can start doing fuel & spark tuning.

i was just looking for a copy/paste tune ( i know what works and what dosent i'm just lazy and dont fell like wirinting my own) to hold me over till i desided on n20 or heads
