dm-100 not working?
I bought a Dm-100 kit with the wide band hook up and have been installing it. for the moment i dont have the cable and o2 sensor for the wideband so im just trying to hook up the gauge. i have it hooked up and plugged in and the guage turns on but only tells me that its trying to connect to my truck.... anyone know how and or why its doing it and how to fix it? i called plx and they said it could be due to my tune. i do have my rear cats deleated but would that be whats doing it? any help would be great thanks guys...

If it is just being hooked to a wb, mine does the same thing when the sensor isn't plugged in. If it has the obd hook up, there is probably something wrong with the box.

this is what im working with the left one is the wideband module and the left is for the obd II . you can see the obd II plug and thats what im trying to get to hook up at the moment. it should be able to work without the wideband hooked up because as far as what i was told the wideband is a upgrade? any ideas thanks guys..

I looked at the directions, and it looks like the only thing that could be hooked up wrong is the jumper from the 1st tx to the 2nd rx for using just obdII. Everything else the plugs only go in one place. That or maybe wiggle the plugs, and make sure they are plugged in all the way.
