Default DTC's again

Well after installing my new PCM from Nelsons and installing my STS kit I am getting the following codes: P0300 , P0315 , B0159 , B0229 , and B0424. I was able to look up what most of them are on DTC's , but I still dont know what most of them mean. I can reset them, but P0315 and B0229 keep re-appearing. I know that P0315 is the crank position, which has to be re-learned, is it bad for the truck not to have this done? I was going to wait until i swap the PCM again with some additional mods. Also does anyone know what would be causing B0229?

B0229 - HVAC Actuator Circuit...this is a BCM (Body Control Module) code. You may have a bad HVAC actuator motor in the dash...seems to be a fairly common problem. As far as the crank relearn, you should be OK for a while until you can get it done, but I'd get the crank variation relearn performed asap.
