Default DTC's and autocal issues

Im trying to update my tune with my autocal this is the second time ive used it, first time was a cinch. So now i get a $0536 code which means the file is not saved for remote tuning etc. ive been emailing justin back and forth and we are trying to figure it out. The DTC im getting are DSW U1000 and ACM U1000 and Ive searched and only come up with some sort of communications failure etc. the only thing Ive changed since the first time using the autocal was a aftermarket radio and the module that you have to buy for the bose and door chime etc to work...Would the aftermarket radio have any effect on the obd communication?? Just trying to get some ideas and suggestions!

Also i have pulled all fuses for the radio etc and still no luck.

The aftermarket radio and module will mess with the OBD. You should disconnect them before flashing a tune to keep them from interfering.

If that will definitely kill the module, then it will do the same thing. Any kind of way the module can power back up can cause problems.
