If you are sending him logged data it would be the same as a street tune. He also offers the ability to mail a tune.

I personally would like to street tune an engine, and if I wanted to spend the money, run it on a dyno to tune WOT.

+1 street tune is where you spend a majority of your time so why not set it up to run it's best there. All the tuning on my truck has been done on the streets on back roads where we can get on it here and there. The rest of the tune is tweaked and finagled at the track.
