Default E-fan control wiring question

I'm testing a set of fans and the harness before I possibly sell them to another member and I have a question about the blue and green control wires. When I ground the green wire I get both fans on low speed. If I ground the blue wire I get one fan on high speed. When I ground both the green and the blue I get both fans on high speed. Would anyone familiar with these fans be able to tell me if this is correct? Thanks for any help.

That is correct..
It is a Series/parallel circuit with 3 relays and 2 trigger wires.

What you tested was Green wire is Fans #1 (LOW)
Blue wire is Fans #2 (Passenger fan only on high
Both grounded is Both fans on High.
