My 2 bar SD tune runs the same year round. Temps here get up into the 90's in the summer, and -45 in the winter. You'll be okay with a SD tune.

Then I need a 2 bar map sensor correct? What about a 100mm maf? I was told the stocker will max out.

Yes, 2 bar map sensor and upgrade your OS for 2 HPT credits. You will not use the MAF anymore, so no need to go 100 mm. Lemme know if u need the part number for the map sensor.

You will first have to determine exactly which injectors you have. Then recalculate the IFR at your base fuel pressure(vac ref disconnected from FPR) if it differs from the FP at which the new injectors were rated. As stated, your IFR table will have the same values across the board.

You should also change the voltage offset, etc. tables if that data is available for the new injectors.

Definitely correct the cylinder volume for the new engine and bump up the VE table(s) to be safe if running SD.

.

This is overlooked or ignored too often but is definitely important when changing to different injectors!

FP is 40psi with the vac attached and 47psi when I remove it. 58psi at WOT.

Seems pretty low. Factory regulator? 11 psi of boost?

Probably a bad Autometer sending unit. (guessing at the Autometer.....seems to be hit or miss with those).
