Default Escalade cluster acting weird

I have a cluster from an 04 escalade ext (The one with the chrome rings) and noticed yesterday that when I manually downshift to "3" it will stay there if I move it back to "D". I can go from left to right fine all the way down to 1, but when I go back to the left and it will stick at ever other one...

Any ideas?
