Default Excessive water/steam coming from exhaust pipe truck runs crappy. What could it b?

I was beginning to think I might have blew a head gasket but now I am leaning towards detonation which has resulted in some type of failure. I am not running a wideband as of yet because innovate makes products that seem to be very temperamental. I did hook it up correctly. I did run a couple passes at WOT so I don't know if this is what caused the crappy running condition.

Here is what I have done so far:
*Pulled plugs- 1,3,5,7,2,4,6,8 They are fouled and look like the porcelain just beneath the electrode (insulator nose) got too hot. Some are worse than others. The color on the porcelain varies from blackish, orangeish, pinkish, greyish and brownish.

Here is a legend for abbreviations i will use for this post:

COLORS
blackish-bl
orangeish-or
pinkish-pi
greyish-gr
brownish-br

PARTS
ground electrode-ge
center electrode-ce

#1 br pi blk insulator nose, fouled
#3 br pi insulator nose, fouled
#5 br pi gry insulator nose, fouled
#7 gry pi insulator nose, fouled
#2 br pi insulator nose, fouled
#4 dark br with deformed insulator nose, fouled
#6 br pi blk insulator nose, fouled
#8 dark br with deformed insulator nose, fouled

*Pulled the oil cap and dip stick and there is no sign of peanut butter looking substance so that kind of rules out excessive water in the combustion chamber but does it rule out all water in combustion chamber? I am planning on doing a compression test. What else should I do to diagnose this problem? Does this sound serious? I am wondering if excessive amounts of fuel are entering the cylinders and not being burnt somehow possibly causing the residual fuel to create detonation. What do you guys think? Any similar instances?

Have you done a compression test?

you have to do a leak down test to get a good idea of what has happened.

I will have to look into one of these.

Without the compression or leak down test. WHat are the symptoms looking like. I have to get to the storage to get the compression tester.

I will take some pics and try to get a video. How do you upload a video? Is that done by photobucket as well?

I like youtube better for videos.

May be a headgasket, cracked block, warped head....hard to tell without a compression and/or leak down test.

Excessive water/steam coming from exhaust pipe
define excessive. Do you still see it after the engine warms up? Is you coolant level low?

Pics of plugs would be great. If you had coolant in the combustion chamber, the plugs would most likely be cleaner.
