feeling power loss.. please help..

i heard DBW tb's only show 99 percent. but i could be wrong

what changes did you make to your tune? my truck is doing the same exact thing! i just installed a circle d 3200, transgo hd2, acc. pistons, etc. leaves really good, and doesnt pull as good as it use to when it goes into 2nd!
