Default A few post motor swap issues... Exhaust leak or intake leak or ground missing???

Well i finished tuning the truck with the wideband today that all went very well truck runs GREAT! lots of power... Then i went to put it back in closed loop and I could not get the O2s to work correctly... Log1 the bank2 was way lean, so i swapped out the o2 sensor... Now it appears to be really rich log2 and log3... Bank1 appears to be switching slightly but bank2 is not doing anything... Any suggestions?

Didn't you say the y pipe was hitting somewhere? Maybe hurt an o2?

ya the ypipe was bottoming out, but that was prior to the swap and the O2s were working fine before... I am thinking it is either a exhaust leak at the head or an intake gasket leak or a missing ground somewhere...

Did u get the ground on the drivers side of the block back on? Other than that one they are all at back of head.

Yep got the drivers side one on... now the ones on the back of the head... Well I wonder if that is my problem... I painted the block and I am pretty damn sure I did not clean off the paint on that spot... That might be something to check.

EDIT: Nevermind, i did not paint back there...

If it was a bad ground I would think there would be more problems or it wouldn't run so good.

UPDATE: I just went for a drive to get something to eat. I got 3 codes

P1133 Insufficient Switching BANK1 Sensor1
P1134 Transition Time Ratio BANK1 Sensor1
P1153 Insufficient Switching BANK2 Sensor1

From a little research it appears it is ground related...

I never had an issue with these headers before so I will look into the grounds when i get back... I guess painting the block was not a good idea...

Well David and I are the ones that put teh grounds on so...

I told him to connect the one at 11 oclock that connects to the back of the block then we put those two small ground wires on the one bolt by the cam sensor. Like I told you I took all the grounds off when we were pulling the motor and there was only one ground on that bolt and I didnt disconnect that other and dont know where it came from. It should still be able to ground both of those wires just fine though. THere there are the two that go on the dside of the block where I had you clean the block. Those are the only grounds.

You think those two little grounds are for the O2 sensors? I dont know what theyre for just always pulled them then installed them.
