A few post motor swap issues... Exhaust leak or intake leak or ground missing???

Possibly, i dunno, it is the best explanation i can think of at the moment... When i get back i am going to hank off the intake and see what i can find... If that is the only problem i have no biggie... The truck runs GOOD, so i don't think it is anything major..

There are two grounds on the driver side of the block, one directly from the battery, and the other from the harness. And of course you know about the ones on the back passenger side. I thought there were 3 there though, one from the body, and two from the harness...

I hooked 3 grounds up behind the intake, and 2 grounds on the side of the block.

Did alex hook that upgraded ground wire on the passanger side to the block or to the ac compressor bracket?

glad to see you got it in...minor problems that are swap related...at least its not throwing flames out like alexs was...lol

It seems odd that if you had a bad ground, that 1 bad o2 would be the only symptom. Bad ground on mine...the engine would barely crank, blinker lights were flashing, speakers were popping randomly, etc. Real weird stuff. Did you closely inspect the o2 wiring for any damage? Any chance you could swap in another o2 on that passenger side?

Depends on which ground you missed. There are two O2 sensor grounds that go to the back of the motor.

nothing a little sandpaper over the engine paint couldn't fix

sounds like you have spots to look at. sorry to hear you have o2 problems again. you had a lot of bad o2's before too. you think you angered it when you did the swap? ha ha. run new grounds and connectors back to the harness, just in case there it has a bad end, or frayed wire inside the insullation.
