Tune your startup to commanded AFR just like everything else. There is an idle config floating around on HPT forum. Get it and tune your idle with it and see how that goes. Worked for me. I would post it but we would be in the same boat as with the SD config file I posted.

Edit: Here is a link to the file and some info in the thread on how to use it.

So you think my start up issues are related to the RAF table? Sorry I know nothing about idle and startup tuning.

Actually I just realized I am having other issues, my table display reads the correct KPA but none of the other historgams etc are correct. In the table display if I am at idle and I jab the throttle the table will show 70kpa or so while the histograms dont move from 30kpa.. WTF..... I need to get some progress made on this today, its gotta go 100miles tom.

Way to go, taking the plunge into the 2bar tune. Sorry you're having problems. Mine went ok. I love the 2bar tune. Now I get to start all over w/ my new motor setup.

I know some people were running into some weird bugs and had to redo the rewrite entire to fix them. Just didn't seem to take the first time. I seem to get pretty quick response on the hptuners forum. Anyway you've probably got it fixed by now.

Good Luck
