flex fuel flow rate?

so i have installed my tbss intake with fast 90mm tb an 2008 tahoe flex fuel inj's returnless fuel rail anybody know what these are rated having fueling issues with putting 33lbs in the hp tuner program no matter how much i turn up my pe tables it stays lean im up to 1.64 on 3000rpm and up.

They should be about a 36lbs hour injectors. Here's the values from a 08 5.3 ff tune....
