Default FOG LIGHTS: adding them to a gmt900 nnbs that originally came w/o fog lights

adding them to a gmt900 nnbs that originally came w/o fog lights
Anybody know what I need to do in order to do this? Do I need to wire from the pcm to the light or is there already wiring?

I already have the new bumper caps.

Thanks man. I know that is an option but it is probably gonna be the most expensive option. I'm looking for a cheaper way to get it handled. I know I can get connectors online for real cheap. I have plenty of wiring. I just need to know how to wire it up correctly. and what to wire it to or if i need relays. That's more of what I'm looking for.

Just order the fog light kit. I did mine after somebody hit my bumper pad. I didn't have fog lights on mine. It comes with the painted endcaps, fog lights, new switch, and the wiring harness. It was $300 for the kit.

As far as the wiring goes, it just connects into the fuse box, lights, and the switch.
I'll look for the thread..
Edit: here is where it connects into the fuse block

And they do make hid for our fog lights.

Dont bother with the OEM fogs unless you just want the look of them. They are useless as lights. Get the PIAA bracket and lights.

I had the PIAAs on my OBS and they matched the chrome of the bumper and bull bar perfectly, but I don't think that they'd look right on an NBS. However, that's JMO. I actually need to get a new set of fogs because one of mine is busted. FWIW I'm just going to order another set of stockers.

Its Best to use the factory plug and play kit. FWIW You may need to return to the dealer and have them reflash The BCM to activate the fog light option. Some times the BCM already has this option activated depending on how the truck was built. You wont know till you plug the kit in. it will either work or not.

The kit comes color matched and there is about 7 different part numbers.
