No my friend, is that I did not understand well, speak RPM limiter I want to limit the engine as if installed Rev 2 step, as does a Gen 3 system

got in touch with the OP, I'll be translating best I can.
He's asking about a rev limiter. He is using HPtuners and wants the gen IV to rev limit like gen III by cutting fuel.

Are you referring to the switchover delay? Just make it closer to the extreme cuttoff?
tal vez se este refiriendo al switchover delay, que aparece cuando seleccionas eso? Si es eso, intenta cambiar el switchover delay mas cerca al numero en extreme cutoff
