Just finished this on my 06, used the same sensor and pigtail. Pin 56 in the Blue (C1) connector on the p59 ecu's. It's the same pin 56 on yours Kyle but yea you still have the issue of the COS. I think you can move up to the newer pcm though, I know its an Express van pcm and os you want because they kept the cable throttle body for a few years with the newer pcm's. I can't say for sure what else needs changed though, maybe a few pins need moved in the connectors but not sure. I know you know about this thread, you replied in it, maybe this will spark your memory. https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...-507944/page3/

But I am still interested in how you wired it up. Hell, I might just do it with a 1 bar scaled MAF tune if I have too.
Yeah, this would be the cats meow to be able to run any mix of E and gas and have the PCM calculate fueling. I looked into this extensively, but there is simply no way to do it with 2 bar OS. And I'm not giving up the 2 bar OS to run a shitty 1 bar maf tune.

For completeness sake, it IS POSSIBLE apparently to do segment swaps between different operating systems, but I don't know who can or will do it. So, have the engine segment from the 2002 flex fuel Tahoe swapped over to the 2002 2 bar COS tune.

EFI Live doesn't like to go back words for support but I wonder if maybe some one could do a CAX file to add the support for 3 bar?

Or Maybe Talk to bill at HPT and see if the will add the support?

Apparently, Jesse at Wait4me has the ability to do this and I talked to him about it at one time and all he did for me then was find the os with the ff in it and send it to me, then he suggested I just put a 100mm maf on it and tune it 1 bar. But from the way he talked, he "could" have made me a COS with the FF tables, I just couldn't talk him into it. I even offered him money!! lol

What OS are you running? I can run up to 3 bar (I am running one of my 2.5 bar sensors now) and have no problems. I would not be surprised if you could just populate the tables and make it work.

Yes, 12216125 is OS Jesse sent me too. Too bad there is not a COS or 2/3bar companion for it.
