Default got new tune

i had nelson before which was great, but now i got tuned by file(tiburon a local tuner), i went back to street tune (had sdtune before) and im running the 3.1pulley with 9-10#'s of boost with 17*'s of timing, and up the shift points a bit, with the 3.1pulley it that possible, and ran the meth kit aswell and it worked awesome, never seen iat's above 155*'s at WOT, when cruisin it drops to 120* then tops out at 155*. And my IDC is at 84%, is this good, for a street tune

Sounds about right. 12* is probably too low for your boost, but 17* is probably a little bit too high (beyond the minimum timing point where peak torque is made). I've seen a 2-3* spread on the dyno with magnacharged setups where timing was increased but no power was made and no knock occurred. You're still probably close to peak torque, but closer to the edge of safety.
