Al the wiring appears solid. The x link checks out ok following their troubleshooting guide. Intermittent electrical is the worst.

Sounds like a broken wire.. When it jiggles just right it loses connection..

I need to get the complete DBW schematic and check resistance on all involved wires. PITA

your truck wires should be fine , if its not the broken wire in the stock connector .

do you have a stock tb ? if so plug it in and see if it will work in the koeo position with no codes.

id be willing to guess its in the x link if its not a broken wire .

drove it today 20 miles with no issues...

08k1500_3 came thru with some schematics...im gonna check resistance on the wires this week.

maybe it never comes back and all is good...lol

all though the x link checked out good , it could be a heat resitance issue when the truck is nice and hot . these can be a bitch to find and sometimes you just need to try a new part and see if that rids the problem if you cant pinpoint it .
