gremlins....limp mode

Your particular combination of DTC's is most commonly due to a ground issue and sometimes a TP sensor issue. The TPS1 wire passes directly though the X-Link box so the X-Link would not cause a P0120.
There must be a good connection between the TAC module and the ground stud on the firewall and a good ground between the engine and the firewall. An intermittent open in one of the ground or 5V wires could also cause this.
Can you trigger REP by jiggling the wiring or tugging on the wires at the connectors?
I have also seen some weird issues when the ETC tables were modified from stock.
One more thought....Normally, for your LS2/LS7 TB the pink wire loops on the X-Link should be cut. If you have a TB with an atypical sensor range it may or may not make a difference if you reconnected those wires. For example, a truck style 87mm or a LS3 TB would throw a P1516 at WOT if you had the pink wires cut.

Thanks Doc
Ill re-check the grounds. I have not been able to trigger the DTC with wires...yet
This is the first issue I have with TAC related DTCs and I have been running it for almost 2 years.
The TB is an LS2 and the pink wires are cut and isolated.
Its just funny it did not throw a code on previous track days, flogging on the street or the first 10 passes.
Maybe the TB is failing.....booooo
it sucks two dicks when this happens....it hit while on the freeway..no power no control and ****** semi trucks everywhere going 70
