Default Guys with GT2-3/6L/Radix in here-Post numbers

I am going back to the dyno soon to see the difference the GT2-3 makes over my previous cam. I was wondering if I am being too conservative on timing. I currently run 17.5* at WOT with not KR. I see many guys claiming to run up to 22* with similar setups. I have noticed a trend where 1* equals about 10hp. I know that’s not perfect math but it’s what I seem to see on dyno graphs.
Controls: You have a 6L with a Radix and the GT2-3 cam.

Variables:
So what I want to know is:

What size pulley do you run?

What psi are you seeing at full boost?

How much timing are you running at WOT?

What’s your peak HP @ XXXX RPM?

What’s your peak TQ @ XXXXrpm?

Any KR?

Free flowing exhaust (LT's)?

Looking for numbers without Meth or any other cooling besides the standard I/C setup.

Thanks in advance.

In about 2 weeks I could answer all of those for you.

Are you LQ4 or 9?

EdIT: Sorry, I have a Procharger and apparently I can't read.

LOL, not to worry. Boost is boost at WOT. I have an LQ4. I didnt think about compression playing a part. I'd be interested in your numbers when you get them.

You can run 22 degrees of timing with a 90mm TB conversion and if you run Evans coolant you can add a few more degrees of timing.I've run as much as 29 degrees with no KR with a 2.75"pulley,I normally run 26 degrees.I am using a Evans WP and NPG+ coolant with A 90MM UMIracing TB.

I saw Grippys thread talking about this coolant. Where can I pick it up? I wouldnt think your standard store would carry it?

Why does the 90mm TB make a timing difference?

I've been running Evans NPG+ coolant for over 2 years. The downside of running it is that you have to flush any water or old antifreeze out the cooling system it won't mix.And the stuff is expensive at about $30/Gal.I also run their water pump, add another $550 and their thermostat.Thunderracing carries all the Evans products,Nasty Performance carries it and you can buy from their website www.evanscooling.com.

Hmm. Wish I would have known this when I had the Rad out last week for the cam swap. How dry do I have to get the rad? Just drain it and all the hoses or do I need to blow it out with air and let it dry overnight or something to get ALL the water/coolant out?

Do you see a drop in engine temp or does it just keep hot spots from forming?

You don't see any change in temps, just keeps the heads from having hotspots and that virtually eleminates any knock.I blew the heater core and hoses out with an air hose when I installed the 403,about 2 years ago.Check out their website.
