You have to have po101,102 and 103 set to 0-mil on first error, and have the SES enable box un-checked. If that doesn't get it post up your tune. I feel ya, it makes trying something "real quick" very frustrating. I was taking weeks off of tuning because it got so frustrating. EDIT Also set "MAF Airmass Filt" to 0 and the "High RPM Hyst" to 0. They are the boxes above and below the other box I told you to change.

pretty much i did everything LsF-150 said and it fixed it, i did everything in his last post at once so im actually not entirely sure what the final fix was, whether it was setting the SES correctly or the MAF tables that i changed...

On my situation I had all the codes set correctly, it was the "MAF Airmass Filt", "High RPM Disable", and "High RPM Hyst" found in Engine>Airflow>Dynamic>Dynamic Airflow...that all needed to be set to zero to fix.

I just tried this on mine and it didnt work. Mine will start by giving it slight throttle for about 15 seconds and then it will usually carry itself then with a little surging for another 15 to 20 seconds. hot or cold
