Have HP Tuners, need mpg???
My truck is an 05 6.0 in a rcsb.It has dumped flowmaster exhaust, K&N CAI, 160* thermo, MSD 8.5 wires, tb bypass, and I'm working on a ported tb. I have hp tuners and have been working on a performance tune for my truck. I added timing with no KR, tweaked VE table(still perfecting), Deleted 50% of tm, cut shift times by 75%, and adjusted fans where my ect stays around 185. Right now I'm getting arond 14 mpg mixed 60%city/40%highway. What settings/paramters can I adjust/change to incease my mpg's? Thanks!

I have EFI but generally speaking my shift times are 0'd out so it shifts as quick as possible = less slippage. dialing in your ve table will net you the best mpg results.
Doing a Speed Density tune is usually the way to go. Buy a wideband and set your cruising AFR to about 15.5-16.0 and full throttle to 12.8.
Right now you should be getting a 14.8 afr and leaning it out a bit means less fuel used.

Cut all TM at the engine and 50% at the transmission. Take your timing tables and smooth them out. Get the VE tweaked and MAF tuned and that will help. Also, your spark dwell....add 2 points to it to a cleaner burn. In your idle timing table, put about 20-21 advance in the idle cells.

I don't know in HPT. But their website should have a tutorial on how to do a Speed Density tune. It may also be available to you under Help in the Tuning tool.
In reality your just leaning out the lower RPM cells at low throttle. But you don't want to be doing that without a wideband because if you go too lean you'll burn it up.
The great thing about speed density is that you have the economy when you want it and the power when you want it.
Give a little time and some HPT guys will chime in with specifics.
Went ahead and did a quick look at the stickies in this section and found this HPT SD tune tutorial you can read over.
But once again. a wideband is a MUST for an SD tune.

Another way,if you are still using the Maf.
You could play with the 02 values to lean it out at a certain load.
Fuel Control-OL&CL-02 rich/lean VS Airflow.
Info came from another tuner, can't take the credit for this one.
