O.K First if you have more than two wires coming out of the rad fan, then it most likely will have more than one speed.
Go test the wires with a battery and see which wire controls what.
Now, I didn’t realize you had a second fan for the condenser, but it needs to come on. The compressor will build up to much head pressure and the a/c system as a whole will not work properly.
You can get two speeds out of your set-up by running both fans in series, then in parallel.

There is a way to get two speeds out of them, but that's not worth it. With an 01' pcm you can control 2 fans for on and off seperatly as well as vehicle speed to turn fan 1 on and off. With EFI Live you can turn the fans on and off with the pcm when the a/c kick's on and off. HP Tuners for some unknown reason hasn't added that feature. I have heard though that if you send them your file they will activate that feature for you.

Whenever the A/C is on, so will the A/C condenser 8" fan. Do you also mean that when the 8" fan is on pulling air through the A/C condenser, that the 18" radiator fan must also come on to cool the radiator?
What two fans are you referring to? This is where my electrical abilities stop, because I'm not sure how wiring both the 8" fan and the 18" fan in series then in parallel will just give my 18" fan dual speeds. I'm only wanting the 18" fan to run dual speeds, the 8" fan is simply on or off just like the Dodge Ram has it stock.

If you want two speeds you could set it up like this.
If the engine temp hits the set temp. the rad AND the a/c fan turn on low.
If the only the a/c is on (engine cold) a/c fan on high.
If both the engine is hot and the a/c on, both fans come one high.
Or if your fan has two sets of widings....
If the engine temp hits the set temp. the rad fan energizes the "low" speed
If (you can get the pcm to control a second pin) use it to run the fans on high.
A/C fan runs off it's own circuit controled by the a/c clutch...

You will need a resistor to make two speeds with only one fan. unless the fan has a second set of windings....
How many wires are coming out of the fan?
Yes the pcm will control ONE pin outlet (not sure about efi users). I've heard rumors of others getting more than one pin outlet to control fans, but I have never seen hard evidence...

Series Parallel
But that is EFI Live...
Have you figured out how you want to wire it yet??
IF not i can draw you a wiring diagram.

As far as I know, this is all I can do with HPTuners. Just took this screen shot 2 minutes ago.
